Getting to Utrecht
Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam) ( 35 minutes to Utrecht), Rotterdam/Den Haag Airport ( 1h to Utrecht ) and Eindhoven Airport (1.5h to Utrecht) are located within reasonable distance from Utrecht. From the airports you can take a train to Utrecht.

Accommodation
We have listed three hostels that can accommodate you during your stay in Utrecht. They are located within, or very close to the city center. The campus is 5 kilometers from the center and is easily reached by bus or bike (to be rented at the hostels).
Stay Okay Utrecht; starting from €26,- a night excl. breakfast (€6,50,-).

Bike prices: unknown, ask at the reception.
To lecture hall: 15 minutes / 14 minutes.
Strowis Hostel; starting from €20,- a night excl. breakfast (€6,-).
Bike rental at €7,- a day.
To lecture hall: 18 minutes / 13 minutes.
Stone Hostel; starting from €17,50,-. No breakfast, no bike rental.
To lecture hall: 15 minutes / 11 minutes.
Public transport
From Utrecht Central Station plenty of busses are available to get you to your hostel (it is possible to walk, too). Time tables for all public transport in the Netherlands can be found at www.92920v.nl/en.
Within Utrecht busses 27 and 28 will take you from the hostels to the conference venue.
Bus 12 will take you from Utrecht Central station to the conference venue (stop: Padualaan, walk 6 minutes).
